A website for your management opens together with your Dijiyon account. You choose the theme and colour; the content is managed from the panel, with no separate website software.

Online payment through the website

Residents can see their balance and pay by card in instalments from the management's website, from their phone's browser, or directly from the Pay Dues screen on dijiyon.com.tr. The payment is posted immediately.
Under article 20 of the Turkish condominium law it is calculated at 5% per month; court decisions accept that the management plan may set a lower rate. You set the rate and the daily or monthly calculation method yourself in the settings.
