1. Data controller
Your personal data is processed by Dijiyon as data controller within the scope described below. Contact: 0 216 232 38 38.
2. Personal data processed
Depending on the nature of the service, the following data is processed:
- Identity and contact: first name, surname, phone, e-mail, address.
- Management relationship: the building or complex you belong to, your unit, and whether you are an owner or a tenant.
- Dues and payment: balance and collection records, payment amount, instalment details and only the last four digits of the card.
- Identity verification: the last four digits of your ID number when querying dues.
- Transaction security: IP address, transaction time and logs.
- Application data: if you apply for a job, your CV and the information it contains.
The card number is never stored. The card number you enter during payment is used only to carry out the transaction; only the last four digits are recorded.
3. Purposes of processing
- Displaying and collecting the dues balance.
- Providing the management service and concluding and performing the contract.
- Handling requests, complaints and support.
- Assessing job applications.
- Meeting obligations under financial legislation and condominium law.
- Ensuring information security and preventing misuse.
4. Legal grounds
Your data is processed under article 5 of the law on the grounds of direct relation to the conclusion or performance of a contract, fulfilment of the data controller's legal obligation, establishment or protection of a right, and legitimate interest. Where explicit consent is required (for example, sharing your job application with other managements in the area), your consent is obtained separately.
5. Transfer
- The management you belong to: your dues and unit details appear in your management's panel.
- Banks and payment institutions: only to carry out the payment transaction.
- Authorised public bodies: upon lawful request and limited to that request.
Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Apart from the technical services listed below, no transfer abroad takes place.
5.1 Third-party services and automatic transfers
Some of our pages use the third-party services listed below. When this content loads, your browser connects directly to the relevant provider; your IP address, browser information and access time reach that provider:
- Google Maps: used on site pages that show the management address on a map. When the map frame loads, your IP address is transmitted to Google. No such transfer occurs on pages without a map.
- Blog cover images (crm.ortakmarketim.com): cover images on blog and news pages are served from this domain; your IP address reaches that server while the image loads.
- Fonts: served from our own server. No transfer to any third party takes place for fonts.
Some of these services operate servers abroad; to that extent a transfer under Article 9 of the Law occurs. No analytics, advertising or social network tracking scripts are used.
6. Retention period
Data is kept for the periods prescribed by the relevant legislation. For financial records this period is five years under Turkish tax procedure law. Where no period is prescribed, the time required by the purpose applies; at the end of the period the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under article 11 of the law you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed,
- request information about it if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
- request deletion or destruction where the conditions are met,
- request that correction and deletion be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- object to an outcome against you arising from analysis by automated systems,
- and claim compensation if you suffer loss because of unlawful processing.
You may submit your requests on 0 216 232 38 38. Applications are concluded within thirty days at the latest.
