Settings

The screens you set up once and never touch again sit at the bottom of the menu: from the late-charge method to card commissions, from barrier integration to receipt design.

  • The late charge is checked against the legal ceiling
  • Bank statement matching is learned rule by rule
  • The receipt and voucher layout is built by dragging and dropping

This is how Settings looks in the panel

Every image below is taken from Dijiyon's real interface; none of them is a mock-up.

General settings — accrual and late charge

General settings — accrual and late charge

The currency, the accrual day and the due day are defined here. The late-charge rate cannot exceed the legal ceiling of ten percent a month; both the browser and the server refuse it.

  • Daily method (a month counted as 30 days) or a monthly band
  • The chosen method is shown with a live formula and a worked example
  • Automatic application of interest can be switched on and off
  • Waiving interest can be routed to the manager's approval
  • The screen states plainly that interest cannot be charged on interest
Bank settings — a rule that learns the matching

Bank settings — a rule that learns the matching

Under what conditions a bank movement is posted automatically, above what amount it goes for approval — you set the rule. When you post a payment to a person by hand, later payments from the same sender are written to that person.

  • Separate automatic posting switches for money in and money out
  • Minimum matching confidence percentage and amount threshold
  • Blocking duplicate movements
  • An "always distribute by hand" rule for senders who pay in bulk
  • A table of learned matches, deleted with one click
Communication settings — provider and business card

Communication settings — provider and business card

E-mail, SMS and WhatsApp providers are defined on separate tabs; one per channel is chosen as the default. Passwords and API keys are kept masked on the server, and if left blank while editing, the old value is preserved.

  • Several providers per channel, active or inactive
  • A connection test with "check the settings"
  • The e-mail business card fields are ordered by dragging and dropping
  • You can add your own custom business card field
  • A step-by-step guide for business WhatsApp
Card commissions — cost, rate, margin

Card commissions — cost, rate, margin

In a matrix of card brand against 1-12 instalments, every cell shows the cost at the top, the rate you apply below it and the profit margin inside the rate box. A rate that falls below cost asks for confirmation before it is saved.

  • Bulk fill with cost plus margin
  • Who pays the commission: the payer or the management
  • Closing an individual instalment option to sales
  • Applying the single-payment rate to all instalments
  • The amount the payer would see on a sample transaction of a thousand lira
Card terminal definitions — mobile, physical and virtual

Card terminal definitions — mobile, physical and virtual

Terminal connections are grouped under financial institution cards; one is marked as preferred and used first at payment. The card number and the security code are never stored anywhere.

  • Merchant number, terminal number and masked secret key
  • Test mode and connection check
  • Activating or deactivating card brands one by one
  • A commission cost table by card and instalment
Connection key — plate recognition integration

Connection key — plate recognition integration

It works both ways: you generate a Dijiyon API key or you connect to the barrier firm's own interface. A generated key is shown only at that moment and can never be displayed again.

  • Defining an IP restriction
  • Request count and last used time
  • Ready sample requests for a plate query and a passage notification
  • Uploading the firm's documentation and testing the connection
  • Access is limited strictly to your own property's data
Printer settings — receipt and voucher layout

Printer settings — receipt and voucher layout

The collection receipt and the till voucher are designed separately; each chooses its own printer type. The items to be printed are ordered by dragging and dropping, and those you don't want are hidden.

  • Laser and thermal printer layouts
  • Logo upload, receipt wording and footnote texts
  • Live preview with sample data
  • Printing a sample receipt and voucher
Licence — period, remaining time and payments

Licence — period, remaining time and payments

Your subscription period, your number of units and your remaining days sit on one card. The time bar turns amber under 30 days and red under 7.

  • Period price, start and end date
  • A warning for a pending payment request
  • Payment history and letterheaded output
  • Extending the period and upgrading the package
